1848ء سے قبل کے مطلق العنانی کے ’’خوبصورت‘‘ دور میں ایسا بھی وقت تھا کہ جب سارے محنت کش طبقے کے بارے میں یہ کہا جاتا تھا کہ اس کا سیاسی شعور ’’اتنا پختہ‘‘ نہیں کہ سیاسی حقوق سے بہرہ ور ہوسکیں۔ لیکن آج محنت کش خواتین کے بارے میں یہ نہیں کہا جا سکتا کیونکہ وہ بارہا اپنی سیاسی بلوغت کا مظاہرہ کر چکی ہیں۔ ہر کوئی جانتا ہے کہ محنت کش خواتین کی پر جوش مدد کے بغیر سوشل ڈیموکریٹک پارٹی نہ 12 جنوری 1912ء کی شاندار کامیابی حاصل کر سکتی تھی نہ ہی چالیس لاکھ سے زائد ووٹ۔ کسی بھی قیمت پر، محنت کش طبقے کو عوام کے کامیاب انقلابی ابھار کے ذریعے اپنی سیاسی آزادی کے کے حصول کیلئے سیاسی بلوغت کا مظاہرہ کرنا پڑتا رہا ہے۔ جب تخت پر براجمان ’مقدس ہستی‘ اور قوم کے نابغہ روزگار اور شرفا نے حقیقت میں محنت کش طبقے کے آہنی مکے اپنے آنکھوں کے سامنے لہراتے دیکھے اور ان کے گھٹنوں کو اپنے سینوں پر محسوس کیا تب جا کر ہی ان کو عوام کی سیاسی ’بلوغت‘ پر یقین آیا اور ایسا بجلی کے کوندے کی تیزی سے ہوا۔ آج یہ محنت کش خواتین کی باری ہے کہ وہ اس سرمایہ دارانہ ریاست کو اپنی سیاسی بلوغت سے باور کرائے۔ ایسا محنت کشوں کی جدوجہد اور دباؤ کے تمام حربے آزماتے ہوئے ایک مستقل اور طاقتور عوامی تحریک کے ذریعے ہی کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
