جرمنی میں محنت کش خواتین کی کوئی تنظیم کیوں نہیں ہے؟ آخر کیوں ہمیں محنت کش خواتین کی کسی تحریک کے بارے میں بہت کم سننے کو ملتا ہے؟ ان سوالات کو لے کر 1898ء میں ایما اہرر، جن کا شمار جرمنی میں محنت کش خواتین کی تحریک کے بانیوں میں ہوتا ہے، نے اپنا مضمون بعنوان ’’طبقاتی جدوجہد میں محنت کش خواتین‘‘ پیش کیا۔ اس بات کو ابھی بمشکل 14 سال کا عرصہ ہی بیتا ہے کہ ہم محنت کش خواتین کی تحریک میں بڑے پیمانے پر پھیلاؤ دیکھتے ہیں۔ ڈیڑھ لاکھ سے زائد خواتین یونینز کی شکل میں منظم ہو چکیں ہیں اور محنت کش طبقے کی معاشی جدوجہد میں سب سے لڑاکا پرتوں کا حصہ ہیں۔ سیاسی طور پر منظم ہزاروں خواتین سوشل ڈیموکریسی کے جھنڈے تلے مظاہرے جمع ہوچکی ہیں۔ خواتین کے سوشل ڈیموکریٹک پرچے ’’ڈی گلائیک ہائٹ‘ کے ایک لاکھ سے زائد قاری ہیں، ایسے حالات میں خواتین کا حق رائے دہی سوشل ڈیموکریسی کے پلیٹ فارم پر ایک اہم ایشو بن چکا ہے۔
ہو سکتا ہے یہ حقائق آپ کو خواتین کے حق رائے دہی کی لڑائی کی اہمیت کو کم کرنے کی طرف لے جائیں۔ ہو سکتا ہے آپ یہ سوچیں کہ جب خواتین کے یکساں سیاسی حقوق کی عدم موجودگی میں ہی ہم نے ان کو نظریات سے لیس کرنے اور منظم کرنے میں عظیم کامیابیاں حاصل کر لیں ہیں تو حق رائے دہی کی لڑائی کی کیا ضرورت ہے؟ لہٰذا خواتین کے لئے حقِ رائے دہی فوری طور پر ضروری نہیں۔ اگر آپ ایسا سوچتے ہیں تو آپ دھوکہ کھا رہے ہیں۔ محنت کش خواتین کی تنظیمی اور سیاسی طور پر بیداری میں پچھلے پندرہ سالوں میں شاندار اضافہ ہوا ہے۔ لیکن یہ صرف اور صرف اسی صورت میں ممکن ہوا ہے کے محنت کش خواتین نے خود سیاسی حقوق سے محروم ہونے باوجود اپنے طبقے کی سیاسی اور پارلیمانی جدوجہد میں جاندار دلچسپی لی ہے۔ ابھی تک محنت کش خواتین کی سیاسی حمایت کو مردوں کے متاد کار نے برقرار رکھا ہے ، جس (مردوں کے حق رائے دہی) میں محنت کش خواتین اگرچہ بالواسطہ لیکن حصہ ضرور لیتی ہیں۔محنت کش مرد و خواتین کی بھاری اکثریت پہلے ہی الیکشن مہم کو ایک مشترکہ مقصد سمجھتی ہے۔ تمام سوشل ڈیموکریٹک انتخابی میٹنگز میں خواتین ایک خاطر خواہ تعداد میں موجود ہوتی ہیں اور بعض اوقات تو اکثریت میں ہوتی ہیں۔ وہ اس حوالے سے ہمیشہ دلچسپی دکھاتی ہیں اور جوش و جذبہ سے حصہ بھی لیتی ہیں۔تمام اضلاع میں جہاں مضبوط سوشل ڈیموکریٹک تنظیمی ڈھانچہ موجود ہے، وہاں عورتیں مہم میں اپنا حصہ ڈالتی ہیں۔ اور یہ خواتین ہی تھیں جنہوں نے لیف لیٹس کی تقسیم اور سوشل ڈیموکریٹک پریس کے قاریوں کی تعداد بڑھانے میں گراں قدر حصہ ڈالا، جو کہ مہم کا سب سے اہم ہتھیار ہے

Why are not women working organizations in Germany? Why do we get to hear very little about a woman working hard? For these questions, in 1898, Ama Aherir, who is known to be the founder of the women's movement of women working in Germany, presented her article "Women working in class struggle." It is hardly a 14-year-old period that we see massive spread in working women's movement. More than 1.5 million women are organized in the form of unions and the working class of the working class is the part of most fighter layers. Thousands of organized politically organized women have gathered demonstrations against social democracy. The women's workforce has still maintained the political support of the working women, which (women's right) workers, should be indirectly part, but the majority of women and women are already in the election campaign. Thinks of a common goal. In all Social Democratic Electoral Meetings, women are present in a number of times and are often in majority.
