Karachi (Disclaimer) Sindh Assembly has held the Hindu Marriage Act 2018, under which the Hindu widow has been given the right to marry another after 6 months of husband's death. Heavy Marriage amendment Act, 2018, is the last bill from the Mausoleum Sindh Assembly. According to the text, Hindu women were not entitled to marry another after the death of her husband, but under the Hindu Marriage Act, 2018, now widow has been given the second marriage option. Under the law, if you are not happy with your husband or if she can not fulfill her requirements, the woman can also separate her husband from her husband. Apart from this, women and men can also be separated from the desire if they wish. In the Hindu Marriage Act, husbands and wives can be separated based on equality, while the Hindu man will have to pay another 6 months sentence and five thousand rupees if he will marry another without informing his first wife. In case of separation, a Hindu man will have to pay his children unanimously. The boy and the girl who are married under the bill should be at least 18 years old. This bill has been implemented in whole province since today after approval.
