Immediate hiring!!!

Hiring Support Coordinator  candidate with UAE Experience. Any National, Male/ female candidate  with valid UAE driving license and minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity would be preferred.

Key responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain relations with key clients.

-Meeting with the existing client and support regarding the services.

-Administers Sale support projects, programs and processes specific  to business unit.

-Execute tasks to handle or route responses to apt activities.

-Plans and organizes technical staffing, equipment and facility requirements;

-Meets with the project staff to determine project technical needs and establish schedules;

-Schedules, coordinates and supervises technicians in all aspects of site allocations.

-Supervise the support coordinators

-Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Technical Manager and General Manager

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 

*Supervisory skill.

*Knowledge of ELV systems, security systems etc.

*Ability to communicate information effectively

*Ability to convince the customers and resolving the issues.
